The stuff where kind, the breakfast was well priced with a huge variety of food. The setting was perfect, really close to the center of the town, buses to the centre and a nice peaceful area.

Thoroughly enjoyed my pleasant overnight stay for a short business trip. The staff was friendly efficient and especially helpful and made me feel at home. The double room I stayed in was brand-new with amply spaced bathroom.

Had excellent stay for business trip. The location was great and unbeatable, easy to find from the autobahn, in the nice area. Found Sankt Gregorius, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Very clean room, basic shower, great price. Free private parking on guarded lot. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good shower pressure. Delicious breakfast. Convenient location on edge of town for bicycle tours. Secure underground parking for bikes. Small terrace with bar and snacks. Nearby bus stops for easy access to main train station.

The location offered was good and unbeatable near to the outskirts of Aachen and a 10' ride with the car to the city centre and the centre of Aachen. The stuff was incredibly nice and pleasant, helped a lot. The beds where exceptionally comfortable here, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and huge.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The value for money at Art Hotel was great, especially considering the room size and amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, not too far from the center but still away from the hustle and bustle.
Breakfast delights could be improved with the addition of a mini fridge to keep drinks cold on hot nights.
